I would just like to send you a note to let you know that my visit to your beautiful restaurant last night was the most enjoyable meal I’ve had in a long time! To start with, the atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The food, especially your ravioli was most delicious. My friend, was given the recommendation by Frank at Flavios. You, and all of your staff are very gracious, and I liked the fact that Walter explained the different dishes and how everything is made.
It’s very unusual for a restaurant to change recipes or cook something special for someone...it shows a great concern for customer service, which is very rare these days!
Again….thank you and I will definitely be back and I will be recommending your restaurant to all of my family, friends and associates.
