Barbara and I are still talking about the reception I received at IL Pescatore last week.
IL Pescatore is fabulous. What a stunning atmosphere you have created. Aside from the surprise that awaited me as I walked through the door, I had an immediate thought "this is a place I want to be". The elegant yet warm feeling that prevails makes everyone most comfortable. I mentioned this to Barbara on the way home and she remarked "Angie has it altogether, the simplicity of the decor is elegant and right on". Everything from the cut glass images, the tableware and the whole presentation is "so today".
Now to get to the "meat" of the subject.....food. The selection was just super and delicious. Your chef deserved his round of applause.
